Spring is in the air.

 Out on the front porch this morning we witnessed a HUGE bird fight like none I had

ever seen before. Two robins (who can fluf up to twice their normal size) against 

a mockingbird type bird.

After the fight was over (yes the robins won) I watched to see what tree they flew

 back into guessing that they were defending something.

You guessed it, they were defending these four little ones. The nest is about three feet

off the ground and just perfect for us to check up on it every once in a while.

We were ECSTATIC and feel so blessed to be able to 

see this part of nature so up close and personal.
